CLASS DETAILS Course Type: Private American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS Course Hosted For: Foothill College Paramedic Program Class Name: ACLS HeartCode Dates & Times: Day 1: November 25, 2025 — 0800 to 1650 Day 2: November 26, 2025 — 0800 to 1650 Attendance Requirement: Participants must be present for both full days to receive an official AHA ACLS Provider Certification. Location: Foothill College Sunnyvale Campus WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS Printed ACLS HeartCode Certificate showing successful completion of the online video lessons and ACLS exam. Note: The American Heart Association will not issue completion cards without proof of successful online course completion. HOW TO COMPLETE THE HEARTCODE REQUIREMENT 1. Visit: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-acls 2. Register and pay the $173.00 fee for the AHA HeartCode ACLS course. 3. Complete the online survey (required to unlock your certificate). 4. Print your completion certificate and bring it to class. Continuing Education (CE) Credits: If you wish to receive CE credits, print them directly from the AHA site after completing the HeartCode coursework.
