Our emergency medical training courses are not marketed or intended to be an all-inclusive programs. We accept no responsibility for any circumstance(s) in which a graduate of our course(s) provides negligent health services to a patient or anyone provided with medical attention.

By using any resource or information displayed on our website, or by using our courses, you agree that the information on the site is subject to change without notice, that the information on the site may have errors or other inaccuracies, that Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc./ Medics For Life, Inc. is fully excluded from liability for these errors or other inaccuracies, and that the information listed on the website is to be used at your own risk and liability. You are also required to determine the accuracy and relevance of the information displayed on the site to your unique circumstance or clinical situation. There is no warranty or guarantee of coverage of any kind provided for the use of this website's information or training courses.

By using our website or purchasing our certification/recertification course(s), you agree that you take full responsibility for your actions and for how you implement any and all knowledge gained from our course. You also agree to relinquish any responsibility of Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc. / Medics For Life, Inc. for loss of life or injury to any living thing or person that may result from your practice of knowledge gained in our certification or recertification course or from our website's resources.

Upon enrolling in a certification and/or recertification course through Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc. / Medics For Life, Inc., or through voluntarily opting in by any means available through Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc. / Medics For Life, Inc. website, you agree to allow messages to be sent to the email address associated with your account, as is provided during course enrollment, or other registration means associated with our website. These emails may contain information including, but not limited to, account and course instruction information, purchase receipts, refund receipts, digital certification / completion cards, customer inquiry responses, promotional offers, certification/recertification deadline reminders, password recovery instructions.

Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc./ Medics For Life, Inc. respects your right to privacy, and all user data and emails sent to customers shall comply with the policies stated in our Privacy Policy. At any point, customers may discontinue the delivery of messages to their email address by unsubscribing directly from the email received, or through notice  Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc./ Medics For Life, Inc. staff. Delivery services will be terminated immediately after a discontinuation request is received by Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc./ Medics For Life, Inc. from the email address associated with your Emergency Medical Training Providers, Inc./ Medics For Life, Inc. account.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Refunds shall be issued when a request for a refund is made via email no later than 14 days prior to the date of the class. (Exception: course cancellation) Anytime within two weeks of the course refunds will be issued at of one half the price of the scheduled course fee. i.e. If the cost of the class is $40.00, then $20.00 will be refunded. Request for a refund within two days of the class or on the day of the class will not be granted. Refunds will be issued within 30 days from date of proper request as above.

FULLFILLMENT POLICY

In the event that products are purchased from our business the following policy applies. Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details. 
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days. 
USPS Priority Mail offers 1, 2, and 3 day delivery options if it is available to you. Please note that this means it with take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
