Service Description

ACLS RENEWAL CERTIFICATION If this is an ACLS renewal, students are required to complete the AHA pre-coursework and self-assessment (no extra cost) prior to attending class. - AHA ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment (Required): https://elearning.heart.org/course/1551 Students should arrive prepared and familiar with ACLS algorithms, medications, rhythm interpretation, and team-based resuscitation concepts. COURSE DESCRIPTION The Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider Course is designed to prepare healthcare professionals to recognize and manage adult patients experiencing cardiac arrest, stroke, acute coronary syndromes, and other life-threatening cardiovascular emergencies. This course focuses on: - High-quality CPR and effective airway management - Recognition and treatment of cardiac dysrhythmias - ACLS pharmacology and medication administration - Systematic patient assessment and clinical decision-making - Effective communication and leadership during team-based resuscitation Students will participate in hands-on skills stations, rhythm interpretation, case-based scenarios, and megacode testing, all aligned with current American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. Certification Upon successful completion of all required components, students will receive an AHA ACLS Provider eCard, typically issued within 1–2 business days.
