American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider Course. This two day full course designed for those who have not taken PALS in the past or who have allowed their certificates to expires.
The American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support course is based on science evidence from the 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC. The goal of the PALS course is to aid the pediatric healthcare provider in developing the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently and effectively manage critically ill infants and children, resulting in improved outcomes. Skills taught include recognition and treatment of infants and children at risk for cardiopulmonary arrest; the systematic approach to pediatric assessment; effective respiratory management; defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion; intraosseous access and fluid bolus administration; and effective resuscitation team dynamics.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refunds shall be issued when a request for a refund is made no later than 14 days prior to the date of the class. (Exception: course cancellation) Anytime within two weeks of the course refunds will be issued at of one half the price of the scheduled course fee. i.e. If the cost of the class is $40.00, then $20.00 will be refunded. Request for a refund within two days of the class or on the day of the class will not be granted. Refunds will be issued within 30 days from date of proper request as above.
